Luxury homes are often located in Treasure Valley locations that take advantage of local attractions and geography. For example, a foothills home will look out over nearby mountains and downtown Boise. In the summer, buyers take all of this in and get a true feel for why a home is so amazing. During the winter, however, constant rain, snow, and cloud cover will obscure many of the benefits of owning the home. Obviously, selling a home like this would be easier in optimal weather and would fetch a higher price when buyers can see it in its best light possible.
